Here you can see classic project for injection molding. Client requested boxes which can stack one into each other on 60% to save logistics costs. And at the same time to have ability install them in tower of 10 boxes with 10 kg load on each box.

     We did FEM simulation, prepared all documentation, provided files for 3d printing to client and after 2 prototyping loops product was ready for manufacturing.
     Why 2? In 90% after first prototype and live tests usually appears some minor updates which is good to implement and 2 loops is not so much!
     Each product in development stage is live and grow with each design loop becoming better, more complex, fulfilling more requirements and client wishes.

After all documents was done and prototypes tested, client found mold manufacturer for this product and hope we will see this boxes in his production area soon!
