This product is presented on market of solar controllers and main request was to make reverse engineering for this product.
We've got the product, measured it and prepared 3d models and drawings for injection molding.
Any injection molding product require a lot of attention to details, so here we made thickness analysis to avoid warpage and other molding defects, thickness analysis and adaptation and modeled geometry according to injection molding rules to avoid any problems in serial production.
In addition to reverse engineering client wants to prepare renders. Rendering is pleasant addition to our engineering job, so we like to provide this service so client could have more values from CAD data.
