From the outset, we knew that this project was a great fit for us, and we started with product requirements collection to the conceptual and CAD design. We worked with the client to prepare a patent description and the required drawings to protect his idea, and we were with him every step of the way.

This project included not only mechanics but also hardware design. During the prototyping stage, we used additive manufacturing for the enclosure because it's quick, robust, and affordable. We also used SLS technology for housing printing, and we utilized lathe and milling for metal parts. We also paid close attention to aesthetics and made sure to do a good finishing for all the parts to give the device an attractive appearance.

After the prototyping stage, we tested the device thoroughly, simulating real-world usage to ensure that it was functional, durable, and reliable. We knew that our client was eager to test the device on his end, and we were confident that it would perform well as we did early product testing with it.

Our client tested the device and was thrilled with the results. He already has potential companies interested in further investments in the development, and we're excited to continue working on this project with him. We're also implementing modifications to the design based on the first tests with his patients to make it even better.
