At our engineering company, we are proud to have developed a preassure dropb unit for agliculture system that has been designed for serial production using the injection molding technology. This product serves as a buffer in the water supply system and helps balance the pressure for optimal performance.
Our client initially came to us with a rough sketch and basic dimensions for the box. However, our team of professionals meticulously worked with the client to gather all the necessary requirements, such as material preference, the product's full functionality, and the use of quick-release fasteners.
After gathering all the requirements, we created a prototype using ABS plastic . The prototype was tested for its functionality and durability, and the results were very promising.The next step was to move towards additive manufacturing to produce the plastic parts, while also using silicone molding to manufacture the sealing. After finalizing the manufacturing process, we performed the final assembly check and thoroughly tested the product's functionality on high-maturity prototypes to ensure that it meets the desired specifications and quality standards for serial production.
